Dr. BITHO is the Manager of BITHO LAW Office and a member of the Paris Bar. He advises international investors, corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals on complex cross-border matters across International Arbitration, Infrastructure & Energy, and Estate & Wealth Planning, with a particular focus on Africa, Europe, and emerging markets.
In International Arbitration, Dr. BITHO represents clients in commercial and investment disputes, advising on dispute prevention, procedural strategy, enforcement of arbitral awards, and the protection of investor and corporate interests in multi-jurisdictional environments. His practice spans proceedings involving civil law, common law, and OHADA legal systems.
In Infrastructure & Energy, he advises on structuring, financing, developing, and implementing major projects across Africa. His experience includes project finance, public-private partnerships (PPP), regulatory compliance, energy projects, and OHADA business law. He regularly assists investors, lenders, corporations, and public entities in managing legal and commercial risks associated with strategic investments.
In Estate & Wealth Planning, Dr. BITHO helps entrepreneurs, investors, families, and business owners in Africa preserve, protect, and transfer wealth across generations and jurisdictions. His work includes succession planning, asset protection, wealth structuring, family governance, and cross-border estate planning.
